NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th June, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 285, in Volume B–13, Folio 921/4475, File No. 1637, by our client, Anna Wangui Ochanda, of P.O. Box 82491–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Anna Wangui Gathama, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Anna Wangui Gathama, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anna Wangui Ochanda, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Anna Wangui Ochanda only.
