NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th June, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 260, in Volume DI, Folio 140/3363, File No. MMXI, by our client, Winnie Mandela Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 11710–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of a minor, formerly known as Elan Micheal Kamau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Elan Micheal Kamau, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Elan Michael Odhiambo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Elan Michael Odhiambo only.
