TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 280 OF 2011 By (1) Munyambu Nzasi and (2) Mwalimu Mukasa, both of P.O. Box 21083–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased‘s executors, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Kisasi Singano, late of Nzalae Location, Kitui West, who died at Nzalae Sub-Location, on 8th December, 2008. CAUSE NO. 296 OF 2011 By Mukui Muinde, of P.O. Box 1563, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased‘s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Theresia Wava Ngali, late of Isinga, Machakos, who died at 10th August, 1988. CAUSE NO. 505 OF 2011 By (1) Peter Kanyua Karani and (2) John Kihara Karani, both of P.O. Box 44, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nundu Joram Karani, late of Ngatho Location, who died there on 26th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. 677 OF 2011 By Edward Muoki Muli, of P.O. Box 58, Mbiuni in Kenya, the deceased‘s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Mutinda Muoki, late of Kathama Location, who died at Aga Khan Hospital, on 5th October, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
