REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edward Kiprono Moson, of P.O. Box 321, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nandi/Kamobo/355, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the principal magistrate‘s court at Kapsabet, in succession cause No. 79 of 2002, has issued letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grants to Julius Kipchoge Moson, and whereas efforts to have the land certificate surrendered to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that at the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the succession instrument and issue a land title deed to the Julius Kipchoge Moson, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Edward Kiprono Moson, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
