GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10298

WHEREAS George Okoth Onyango, of P.O. Box 33, Sare in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kanyamkago/Kawere 1/1107, and whereas the senior resident magistrate at Rongo Court in MISC. APP No. 13 of 2009, ordered that the said piece of land be subdivided into two portions and thereafter one portion to be transferred to Eliab Ojow Eliazaro Odhiambo, and whereas the executive officer of the same court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutation of the said piece of land in favour of Elias Ojow Eliazaro Odhiambo, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of mutation and transfer and issue a land title deed to Eliab Ojow Eliazaro Odhiambo, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said George Okoth Onyango, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
