WHEREAS Simion Cheptiony Lelei, of P.O. Box 84, Kipkelion in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 3.476 and 3.970 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kericho, registered under title Nos. Kericho/Kipchorian/Lesirwa Block 1(Lesirwa)/157 and 80, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
