WHEREAS (1) Cyrillus C. Ogola Osongo, (2) Susan Aoko Ogola and (3) Augustine Anyango Ogola, all of P.O. Box 1230-40100, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title No. Kisumu/Mun/Block 8/105, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the lease title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new lease title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
