NOTICE is given that the land described in the schedule hereto has been duly set apart in accordance with the provisions of part IV of the Tust Land Act, for the purposes specified in the said schedule. Place.—Mitangoni (Mugoya)—Mariakani, Kaloleni District. Purpose.—B.C.R. Area.—0.849 approximately. Description of land: The land is situated approximately 3.5 kilometres to the north- west of Mariakani Township. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from a point ―A‖ which is a IPC from which spotheight 694 and spot height 624 are 1,500 metres and 800 metres distance on bearing of 331° 00' 30" and 51° 20' 05", respectively. Thence for a distance of 85.329 metres on a bearing of 280° 07' 29" to point MK2–1PC; thence for a distance of 26.173 metres on a bearing of 353° 25' 29" to point MK3–1PC; thence for a distance of 24.515 metres on a bearing of 258° 13' 54" to point MK4–1PC; thence for a distance of 75.00 metres on a bearing of 323° 07' 48" to point MK5–1PC; thence for a distance of 72.450 metres on a bearing of 63° 47' 19" to point MK6–1PC; thence for a distance of 157.051 metres on a bearing of 144° 35' 22" to point MK3–1PC; All bearing given above are magnetic.
