Box, 13846, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joyce Elizabeth Mukiri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Joyce Elizabeth Mukiri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joyce Elizabeth Mukir i Magiri–Mwau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Joyce Elizabeth Mukiri Magiri–Mwau only.
