NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd May, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 172, in Volume DI, Folio 106/1958, File No. MMXI, by our client, Michael Ngao Sebukaria, of P.O. Box, 55463–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Michel Ngabonzima Sebukaria, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Michel Ngabonzima Sebukaria, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Michael Ngao Sebukaria, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Michael Ngao Sebukaria only.
