take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Sirakaru, Bungoma North, on 20th February, 2010, has been filed in this registry by (1) Esther Nabangala Namitati, (2) ) Rosemary Nafula Namitati and (3) Michael Wanyonyi Manyonge, all of P.O. Box 12, Naitiri, in their respective capacities as administratrices of the deceased’s estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
