REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephen Njoga Dhowa (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Central Kasipul/Kamuma/1575, containing 1.2 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, and whereas land certificate issued to him got lost, and whereas succession forms vide cause No. 51 of 2001, having been presented by John Odhiambo Njoga (administrator) for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said succession forms and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Stephen Njoga Dhowa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
