GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8993

WHEREAS James Elisha Njuki Mwea, of P.O. Box 99461, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Mombasa/Mainland South/Block 1/32, containing 4.3 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Mombasa, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Mombasa, in Divorce Cause No. 30 of 1999, has ordered that the said piece of land be divided in the proportion of 50% between the petitioner and the respondent, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued earlier in respect of the said piece of land by the land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to with the registration of the said order and proceed to issue a title deed to the said (1) Petitioner and (2) Respondent, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Elisha Njuki Mwea, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
