WHEREAS Pundamilia Farmers Co-operative Society Limited, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.80 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Makuyu/Makuyu Block 1/140, and whereas the first edition of the land register showing aforesaid ownership is lost, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show the said ownership and loss, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
