WHEREAS James Roger Kangwana, of P.O. Box 46304, Nairobi, is the registered proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.3333 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 5054/173, situate in Kilifi District, held under certificate of title registered as C.R. 19285, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
