WHEREAS Jane Ndisi, of P.O. Box 42244, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor freehold of that piece of land containing 0.611 acre or thereabouts, known as 2473/VI/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality, held under a grant registered as C.R. 13977/1, and whereas the said Jane Ndisi, lodged an instrument of transfer, and whereas affidavit have been filed in terms of section 65 (i) (l) of the said Act, declaring that the said grant registered as C.R. 13977/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I inted to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
