THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Shariff Mohamed Abdulla Shatry, (2) Said Bin Seif, (3) Khamis Bin Rashidd Bin Sood, (4) Abubaker Zubedy, (5) Ali Bin Fidem and (6) Said Ali Mbarak (as trustees of the Arab Central Association of Kenya Mombasa), all of P.O. Box 98579–80100, Mombasa, are the registered proprietors in a freehold interest of that piece of land containing 6.26 acres or thereabout, known as MN/111/83, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, held under certificate of title registered as C.R. 4391, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
