IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, the Chief Justice increases the limit of jurisdiction of— ORENGE ISAAC KARASI Resident Magistrate, to Kenya shillings five hundred thousand (KSh. 500,000), with effect from 1st September, 2011.
