APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated 10th November, 2009, I appointed Boniface M. Karanja, to be liquidator of Nkuene Farmers Co-operative Society Limited (in liquidation) (CS/246), for aperiod not exceeding one year and whereas the said officer has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I further extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 1st April, 2011, for a period not exceeding six months for Boniface M. Karanja, Senior Auditor, Provincial Co-operative Auditor‘s Office, Nairobi, to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society. Dated the 3rd August, 2010. F. F.
