REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Kipkoech, of P.O. Box 30175, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered owner of leasehold interest of that piece of land known as portion No. 7550, withim Malindi in Kilifi District, held by a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 28414/1 of 3.911 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
