IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (e) of the State Corporations Act, the Acting Minister for Industrialization appoints— MUSANZU DANIEL BAYA to be a member of the Board of Directors for Industrial Development Bank–Capital, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 15th August, 2011, and revokes the appointment of Stephen Masha Ngowa* (voluntary resignation).
