REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stanley Mburuga (deceased), of Kirinyaga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Inoi/Kiaga/149, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the the senior principal magistrate‘s court at Kerugoya, in succession cause No. 12 of 2010, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Samson Githongo Mburuga, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Samson Githongo Mburuga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Stanley Mburuga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
