WHEREAS United Insuarance Company Limited, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title Nos. Kwale/Diani Beach/843, Kwale/Diani Complex/514, Shimoni/422, Kwale/Diani Complex/919, Kwale/Vanga Majoreni/18, Kwale/Shimoni ADJ./422, Kwale/Shimoni/624, Kwale/Shimoni/625, Kwale/Shimoni/605, Kwale/Shimoni/542 and Kwale/Shimoni/363, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green cards issued thereof have been lost, and whereas efforts to trace them in the office have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new registers provided that no objection has been received within that period.
