NOTICE is given that the land described in the schedule hereto has been duly set apart in accordance with the provisions of part IV of the Trust Land Act, for the purposes specified in the said schedule. SCHEDULE Place.—Eldas, Wajir. Purpose.—Ranching. Area.—3665 hectares approximately. Description of Land: The land situate approximately 7.5 kilometres to the north-west of Milestone TC-Dela. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from appoint ―A‖, which is an AIC from which SKT 54 and SKT 55 are 36,200 and 17200 metres distance on bearing of 304° 27' 55" and 124° 24' 53" respectively; thence for a distance of 760 metres on a bearing of 297° 00' 00" to point A1–AIC; thence for a distance of 830 metres on a bearing of 302° 00' 00" to point A2–AIC; thence for a distance of 825 metres on a bearing of 295° 00' 00" to point A3–AIC; thence for a distance of 1050 metres on a bearing of 300° 21' 00" to point A4–AIC; thence for a distance of 3781 metres on a bearing of 313° 49' 30" to point A5– AIC; thence for a distance of 3248 metres on a bearing of 305° 15' 42" to point A6–AIC; thence for a distance of 4933 metres on a bearing of 19° 22' 30" to point A7–AIC; thence for a distance of 3020 metres on a bearing of 310° 00' 00" to point A8–AIC; thence for a distance of 250 metres on a bearing of 150° 00' 00" to point A9–AIC; thence for a distance of 1200 metres on a bearing of 304° 00' 00" to point A10–AIC; thence for a distance of 2450 metres on a bearing of 318° 00' 00" to point A11–AIC; thence southerly along the west line of the Wajir, Buna Road, a distance of 6200 metres back to point A.
