NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Susan Nyawira, of P.O. Box 5189–00100, Nairobi, the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KAH 372H Isuzu, lying in the premises of Leaky Stores, off Lunga Lunga Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and any other related expenses failure to which the said goods will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to her dated 12th July, 2011.
