NOTICE is given that under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to John Ndonye Waweru that motor vehicle reg. No. KAZ 129Q Toyota Picnic which has been lying at their workshop is collected upon payment of repair and storage charges within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice, the same shall be disposed or sold to recover repair and storage costs.
