TRANSFER

Whereas pursuant to the said agreement the transferee has acquired all the said assets of the business with effect from the transfer date. After the transfer date, the transferee shall continue with the business mainly M-Mpesa business at the location. Notice is given that the transferee shall assume the debts or liabilities incurred by or on behalf of the transferor in connection with or relating to the M-Pesa business on arising prior to the transfer date.
