NOTICE is given under section 3 of the Transfer of Businesses Act, that Reliable Securities Limited (―the proposed transferor‖) proposes, subject to all or any requisite approvals being obtained, to sell and transfer its stock broking business (―the transfer business‖) carried on in the Republic of Kenya from its premises situate at 6th Floor IPS Building, Kimathi Street, Nairobi (―the premises‖) to Old Mutual Capital Limited (―the proposed transferee‖) who will continue to carry on the said transfer business from the aforesaid premises. The registered office of the proposed transfer is P.O. Box 50338– 00200, Nairobi aforesaid. The registered office of the proposed transferee is P.O. Box 30059–00100, Nairobi aforesaid.
