GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8068

WHEREAS Farancis Njeri Macharia, of Nembure, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Gaturi/Nembure/4715, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the chief magistrate‘s court at Embu, in civil suit 216 of 2010, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of plaintiff, Linus Muchangi Kariuki, of P.O. Box 9, Embu, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed on instrument of transfer in favour of Linus Muchangi Kariuki, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Linus Muchangi Kariuki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Francis Njeru Macharia, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
