IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (2) of the Traffic Act, the Registrar of Motor Vehicles appoint the following officers— Nicky Otieno Boss Freight CFS, Nelson Mwangala Boss Freight CFS, Josphat Njoroge Africanline CFS, Paul Ithau Africanline CFS, Enos Anyange Okombo MCT–Transami CFS, James Kibugi Muthee MCT–Transami CFS, to be licensing Officers with effect from 1st July, 2011.
