PURSUANT to section 9 (3), of the Alcoholic Drinks Control Act, 2010, the Kahuro District Alcoholic Drinks Licensing Committee is giving notice to the applicants and the general public that it shall meet on 19th july, 2011 at the District Commissioner‘s office, Kahuro to consider applications for both Mugoiri and Murarandia divisions and at the District Officer‘s office, Gitige on 20th July, 2011, to consider applications for Wangu Division, both sittings will commence at 9.00 a.m. Further, subsections 5 and 6 of the act states that any person may lodge objections on the listed applicants which should be made in writing to the secretary, district alcoholic drinks licensing committee, P.O. Box 214-10201 Kahuro, so as to reach him on or before 15th July, 2011.
