NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, by Jama Commercial Transporters Limited, situated along Mikanjuni Road, at Jomvu, of P.O. Box 98782–80100, Mombasa, to Khalfan Abdul Hassan, and or any other interested party who has his motor vehicle model Volvo reg. No. T943 APV lying uncollected at its premises along Mikanjuni Road, at Jomvu within Mombasa County. Take further notice that unless the aforesaid motor vehicle is collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and any other incidental costs THE KENYA GAZETTE 8th July, 2011 including the costs of publishing this notice, the same shall be sold by public treaty without any further notice herein.
