GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7742

WHEREAS Ithagu Machandi, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Evurore/Kathera/978, situate in the district of THE KENYA GAZETTE 8th July, 2011 Mbeere, and whereas the chief magistrate‘s court at Siakago, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Silas Kithua Machandi, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed on instrument of transfer in favour of Silas Kithua Machandi, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Silas Kithua Machandi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Ithagu Machandi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
