GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7739

WHEREAS Moses Alengi Lusiri, of P.O. Box 210, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kakamega/Shivakala/1561, and whereas the chief magistrate‘s court MISC AWARD No. 101 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Lauren Manyonyi Lihumi and (2) Elikana Mamadi Lihumi, both of P.O. Box 2136, Kakamega, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed on instrument of transfer in favour of (1) Lauren Manyonyi Lihumi and (2) Elikana Mamadi Lihumi, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Lauren Manyonyi Lihumi and (2) Elikana Mamadi Lihumi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Moses Alengi Lusiri, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
