THE LAND CONTROL ACT

(Cap. 302)

ESTABLISHMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Land Control Act, the Minister for Lands— (a) Applies the Act to the district named in the first column of the schedule; and (b) Divides the land control areas constituted by the districts into divisions named or described in relation thereto in the second column of the schedule. (c) Establishes the Land Control Boards named in the third column of the schedule. This notice supersedes all other notices published therebefore under this sections, with respect of the district, division and board mentioned in the first, second and third column of the schedule.
