NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th April, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 69, in Volume B-13, Folio 911/4333, File No. 1637, by me, Jawaharlal Karamchand Laxmichand Chavda alias Karamchand Laxmichand Chavda, of P.O. Box 86545, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, who has retained both the above names and assume and determine to take and use any of the above names and to be my own names, I hereby authorize and require all persons at all times to describe me and address me by any of the aforesaid names as Jawaharlal Karamchand Laxmichand Chavda alias Karamchand Laxmichand Chavda. The surname Chauda appearing in any of the documents issued to me is merely a typographical error and it should be corrected to read as Chavda. Dated the 11th July, 2011.
