NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya John Owiti, of P.O. Box 2980–00200, Nairobi. The owner of the motor vehicle reg. No. KAP 877Y Nissan, KAK 636M, Nissan, KSJ 525 Datsun, KAN 634F, Nissan KJU 527 Ford, lying in the premises O. A. Garage Eastleigh, Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within fourteen days (14) from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and other related expenses, failure to which the said will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and the proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to him.
