NOTICE is given that at an extraordinary meeting of Baltic Control Superintendence Company (Kenya) Limited, held at the registered offices of the company on 8th July, 2011, members, by a special resolution resolved to wind-up the company voluntarily and to appoint Richard Omwela, of P.O. Box 30333–00100, Nairobi, as a liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up. Notice is further given that the creditors of the company are required to send names and addresses with full particulars of their debts and claims against the company to the liquidator and proof of their debts or claims against the company to the liquidator and proof of their debts or claims on or before 8th September, 2011.
