APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by order dated 13th May, 2010, I, appointed L. M. Magaju, District Co-operative Auditor, Isiolo District, to be liquidator of New Mugoiri FCS (in liquidation) (CS/4647), for a period not exceeding one year and whereas the said L. M. Magaju, has not been able to complete the liquidation; Now therefore, I, extended the period of the liquidation with effect from 14th May, 2011, for another period not exceeding one year for the said L.
