REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Ndegwa (deceased), of Kirinyaga in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Mwerua/Kithumbu/7, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the court at Kerugoya, in succession cause No. 68 of 1993, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Josphat Mwai Kibui, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is THE KENYA GAZETTE 22nd July, 2011 given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to the said Josphat Mwai Kibui, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Ndegwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
