THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Juma Bin Khamis, (2) Rajabu Bin Zuberi, (3) Mwanatuma Binti Khamis and (4) Mwanamwinyi Binti Khamis, all of Mombasa, are the registered proprietors in a freehold of that piece of land containing 15.3 acres or thereabout, known as 17/III/MN, situate north of Mtwapa Creek in the Kilifi District, held under certificate of title registered as C.R 4157, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
