WHEREAS Samuel Kiti Mwachiru, of P.O. Box 1153, Kilifi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of land known as MN/II/1511, within Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, held under certificate of title registered as C.R 20375, of 0.0206 vide court order dated 16th December, 2010 civil suit No. 2489 of 2010 in the chief magistrate‘s court, Mombasa the registrar of titles is ordered to issue a provisional title to the registered owner, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
