THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Anthony Maritim arap Rob and (2) Anna Cherugut Rop, both of P.O. Box 34202, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.8200 hectare or thereabouts, known as 1852/III/MN, situate north of Mombasa Municipality in the Kilifi District, held under certificate of title registered as C.R. 23459, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
