IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 125 (1) (a) and (2) of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, the Minister for Envirionment and Mineral Resources appoints— Donald Wacieni Kaniaru—(Chairman), Tom Odhiambo Ojienda (Dr.), to be members of the National Environment Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 1st January, 2011.
