THE ALCOHOLIC DRINKS CONTROL ACT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 9 (3) of the Alcoholic Drinks Control Act, 2010, the Samburu North District Alcoholics Drinks Regulation Committee publishes the list of applicants for Alcoholic Drinks licence. Notice is given that the Samburu North District Alcoholic Drinks Regulation Committee meeting, to consider this applications will be held on the 29th July, 2011 at the District Commissioner‟s boardroom at 10.00 a.m. Any person with any objection to any of the applications can present it in writing to the Chairman of the committee.
