Notice is given that the 1st Statutory Meeting of Homa Bay District Alcoholic Drinks Regulation Committee will be held in the DC‘s office Homa Bay on 27th July, 2011 at 10.00 a.m Every person making an application shall, save as otherwise provided, appear in person or by an advocate before the District Committee and shall satisfy the District Committee that there is need of grant of license of the type applied for in the particular locality in respect of which the application is made. A list of all applications to be considered during the meeting can be perused at the DC‘s, DO‘s, Chief‘s, Asistant chief‘s and all public notice boards.
