IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 9 (3) of the Alcoholic Drinks Control Act, 2010, the Tharaka North District Alcoholics Drinks Regulation Committee publishes the list of applicants for Alcoholic Drinks licence. Notice is given that the Tharaka North District Alcoholic Drinks Regulation Committee meeting, to consider this applications will be held on the 7th July, 2011, at the District Commissioner‘s boardroom at 10.00 a.m. Any person with any objection to any of the applications can present it in writing to the Chairman of the committee.
