CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2011 By Hezron Otieno Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 189, Maseno in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Odhiambo Chuchu, late of Ekwanda Sub-location, who died on 22nd July, 2005. CAUSE NO. 27 OF 2011 By Airem Nyaleso Timothy, of P.O. Box 99, Maseno in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timotheo Kwako Oluochi, late of Ebusikhale Sub-location, who died on 16th July, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
