GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7083

WHEREAS John Kariuki Chege (ID/8371111), of P.O. Box 581, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 1/2427 and 2428 (Missouri) which was a subdivision of Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 1/264, registered in the name of Beth Wanjiru Chege (ID/0840669/63) of P.O. Box 83, Naivasha (deceased), and whereas the principal magistrate‘s court at Naivasha in succession cause No. 134 of 2008, has issued a certificate of confirmation of grant in the estate of Beth Wanjiru Chege, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deeds, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier in respect of Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 1/2427 and 2428, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
