APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) (f) of the Kenya Roads Act, 2007, the Minister for Roads appoints— The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Roads, The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance, The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, The Director-General, Kenya National Highways Authority, Joshua N. Toro (Eng.), Kepha Oyaro, Gilbert Langat, Julius Kibiti M‘Ndegwa, Bibiana A. R. Omalla, to be members of the Board of the Kenya National Highways Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 24th June, 2011. Dated the 21st June, 2011. F. K.
